Continuing the annual tradition of a red and gold special release for the new year, this year’s China-exclusive model is a collaboration with Shanghai-based streetwear brand ACU and the Be@rbrick (or Bearbrick) toy line. The G-Shock DW-5600CX-4PRP has a glossy red bezel and bands, gold face, red-tinted reverse LCD display, and gold ion-plated metal parts. The gold case back features a custom insignia celebrating the Year of the Pig for Chinese New Year 2019 and the included Be@rbrick toy is designed to resemble a pig.
The G-Shock DW-5600CX-4PRP comes in a special box and includes a 70mm Be@rbrick toy figure. List price is ¥1,090 CNY.
A deluxe DW-5600CX-4PRPZ package is also available which includes exclusive scrolls, a scroll case, a 70mm Be@rbrick figure, and a larger 280mm Be@rbrick figure. List price is ¥2,019 CNY.
The DW-5600CX-4PRP and DW-5600CX-4PRPZ packages are now available in China.
