The MSG-C100 is a new stainless steel G-MS series featuring a studded, pyramid-cut dial and 3D markers. The resin band has a herringbone pattern giving it a fabric-like appearance.
Starting from the left, the MSG-C100G-1A has a rose gold case and markers with a black band and dial. The MSG-C100G-7A has a rose gold case and markers with a white band and pink dial. The MSG-C100-2A has a silver case and markers with a navy blue band and dial. The MSG-C100-7A has a silver case and rose gold markers with a white band and dial. These four models will be released in Japan and Asia.
Features include shock resistance, 100-meter water resistance, world time (27 cities and GMT, DST on/off), 1/100 second stopwatch (with elapsed time, split time, 1st and 2nd place times), countdown timer (60 minutes), 5 daily alarms, hourly time signal, full auto calendar, and Super Illuminator LED light with afterglow (1.5/3 seconds). The MSG-C100 has an estimated battery life of three years. In Japan and Asia, the G-MS line is marketed as part of the Baby-G brand.
The MSG-C100-2AJF (MSRP 21,000 JPY), MSG-C100-7AJF (21,000 JPY), MSG-C100G-1AJF (22,000 JPY), and MSG-C100G-7AJF (22,000 JPY) are May 2019 releases in Japan.
Casio America announced the rose gold and black MSGC100G-1A for a June 2019 release with a list price of $150 USD. In America, the G-MS line is marketed under the G-Shock brand.
Update: In addition to the MSGC100G-1A, Casio America also released the silver and blue MSGC100-2A (list price $130) and the rose gold and white MSGC100G-7A (list price $150).
