Zack George, the U.K.’s Fittest Man, is a G-Shock U.K. ambassador for the G-Shock SPORT line of watches. The SPORT line (a.k.a. MOVE in the U.S.) includes the GBD-H1000 (with heart rate monitor, step counter, GPS, Triple Sensor, and Bluetooth) and the affordable GBD-100 (with step counter and Bluetooth). Both watches have advanced training functions for runners, along with other useful features like interval timers, vibration alerts and smartphone messaging notifications.
Zack lives by his personal motto “Run your own race.” He also knows what it’s like to follow G-Shock creator Kikuo Ibe’s motto “Never give up,” as he was a severely overweight child who made a commitment to getting fit and living healthy. In 2015, Zack opened CrossFit BFG in Leicester and won first place in the UK CrossFit Open 2020. The win earned him a place at the CrossFit Games 2020, which will take place in 2021.
