The Iridescent Color Series features the first G-Shock watches with a gradated crystal finish across the full surface of the display. The rainbow vapor deposition applied to the glass expresses the changing midsummer sky at dusk by reflecting different hues depending on the viewing angle and lighting. All five models have a positive LCD display. According to Casio, the actual product may differ from the color gradation seen in the images, and due to the specially treated glass, the dial may be easier to read at certain viewing angles. Models include the black DW-5600SR-1 and skeleton DW-5600SRS-7 with the classic square case, the black GA-110SRS-1A with large case, and the black GA-2100SR-1A and skeleton GA-2100SRS-7A with slim Carbon Core Guard case.
The series will be released in June starting with Japan and Asia.
