The GW-M5610, now the GW-M5610U with updated module, is a modern day version of the original G-Shock with Tough Solar power and Multi-Band 6 automatic radio time syncing. Unlike the stainless steel case of the GW-5000, the GW-M5610 has a lighter resin case. In the U.S., the GW-M5610U-1 (with update module 3495) is now being sold as the GWM5610-1 by some retailers (Casio.com, Amazon).
