Kentucky-based sneaker and streetwear boutique Oneness is teaming up with Casio for its first G-Shock collaboration. Based on the classic DW-5600, the unique colorway and packaging pay homage to the bourbon whiskey heritage of the store’s home state. The translucent bezel and band have an orange hue, and there is a gradated orange print on the band, which is unique for a translucent model. The face features the Oneness logo and the “What Are You Waiting On?” tagline, and the circular logo is engraved on the stainless steel case back of this limited made-in-Japan model. The watch comes in special packaging that resembles a whiskey box, and a branded watch display stand and a “Oneness Reserve” carrying pouch are also included.
Oneness Boutique was founded in 2007 and currently has stores located in Lexington and Louisville, along with its online shop at onenessboutique.com where international shipping is available.
The watch is scheduled to be released on Friday, July 28, with more details expected to be announced soon.
Update: The Oneness x G-Shock DW5600ONS234 has a retail price of $130. It appears to have sold out at casio.com but will also be released at onenessboutique.com on July 28.
