G-Shock DW-5600AI-1 signature model with soccer great Andrés Iniesta

Casio is releasing the G-Shock DW-5600AI-1 in May 2024, which is a limited edition collaboration with Spanish soccer great Andrés Iniesta. The black watch features accents of Iniesta’s signature dark red color, and his number “8” is laser-engraved on the lower left button.

Along with his name printed on the lower face, Iniesta’s personal logo appears on the dark red band keeper, and his signature is engraved on the stainless steel case back. His handwritten inspirational message “Master the game” is printed on the band, and the Super Illuminator LED backlight displays a red silhouette of Iniesta scoring, which appears to be based on his last-minute goal that won Spain its first World Cup championship in 2010.

Regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time, Iniesta spent most of his career playing for FC Barcelona and currently plays for Emirates in the UAE Pro League.

The DW-5600AI-1 was announced internationally and is expected to be released worldwide. The bezel and band are made of bio-based resins, and the watch is presented in eco-friendly co-branded packaging that includes a printed signature card.

Update: G-Shock U.S. released the DW5600AI-1 for $150 in July.
