Casio’s Baby-G brand continues its 30th Anniversary celebration with the release of two collaborative watches coming in June. The blue and purple BGD-565RX-2 is a collaboration with beachwear and lifestyle brand Roxy, and the pink analog-digital BA-110AQ-4A is a collaboration with the non-profit environmental organization Aqua Planet. These models feature shock resistance and 100-meter water resistance, with bezels and bands made of bio-based resin.
Roxy x Baby-G BGD-565RX-2:
The beach-inspired pattern of the BGD-565RX-2 is also found on bikini pieces in Roxy Japan’s Coral Collection (roxy.jp), which is a collaboration with Aqua Planet to support coral restoration. Roxy branding and logos appears on the watch face, band, case back, and LED backlight. The case back is also engraved with a Baby-G 30th Anniversary logo. The BGD-565 is the most compact “square” series based on the original G-Shock style of the DW-5000. The watch measures 42.1 x 37.9 x 11.3 millimeters and weighs 30 grams. The BGD-565RX-2JR will have a tax-included price of 15,950 yen in Japan.

Aqua Planet x Baby-G BA-110AQ-4A:
The BA-110AQ-4A is a “Love The Sea And The Earth” release for 2024. Two silhouettes of the coral goby are part of the dial design. The BA-110 is based on the iconic steampunk-inspired G-Shock GA-110 from 2010. The watch measures 46.3 x 43.4 x 15.8 millimeters and weighs 45 grams. The BA-110AQ-4AJR will have a tax-included price of 17,600 yen in Japan.
