As a newer and growing market for G-Shock, China often gets special promotions with exclusive items and products, the likes of which are not seen in other countries. One of the latest is a collaboration with paddle board and skiff maker Bote and the G-Shock DW-H5600MB-8 with heart rate monitor. Bote is actually an American brand headquartered in Florida, but this collaboration is limited to China.
The DW-H5600MB-8PRBF is a gift box set that includes a DW-H5600MB-8 watch and a co-branded sun protection (UPF50) mask. The watch is a collaborative edition with an exclusive printing on the band featuring Bote logos including the octopus logo. This set has a price of 2,090 yuan (around $288). There is also the DW-H5600MB-8PRBFJ set for 5,689 yuan, which includes the same gift box set plus a G-Shock-branded inflatable paddle board with paddle. Although there are no specific details provided about the paddle board, we’re assuming that it is a full size board based on the price which is around $500 more than the other set, and the image of the product appears to be a full size inflatable board.
