Current Time Displayed In Other Modes & Compatible Band Size: New attributes in our G-Shock Specs Catalog

We added two new attributes for the specification listings in our G-Shock Specs Catalog. You can find these attributes on a series’ page by clicking the “Additional information” tab next to the “Description” tab.
Current Time Displayed In Other Modes lists the other modes where the current time is displayed (other than Timekeeping mode), such as Alarm, Countdown Timer, Stopwatch, and World Time modes. This attribute applies only to series with a full digital LCD display and not analog or analog-digital. This information is found in the instruction manual, usually near the beginning where it shows images of each mode. The current time in the image is depicted as “10:58” if it is displayed in the other modes. The current time in other modes is usually displayed in hours and minutes only. (The GBD-800 also displays the seconds in alarm, countdown timer, and dual time modes, also GMD-B800 and GMD-B300.) In the case of certain MIP LCD models, we may not have listed every possible mode and suggest referring to the manual for more information. This attribute is currently listed last under the “Additional info” tab.
DW-5600 manual shows that the current time is displayed in Countdown Timer and Stopwatch modes.
G-Shock Watches with Current Time Displayed In Other Modes: None
Compatible Band Size lists the fitting size in millimeters. Since this is a more recent attribute that Casio started listing, it may not be available for all series in our Specs Catalog, including active series that don’t have a recent release. This attribute is currently listed near the bottom, but we may move it in the future.
