Beams x G-Shock DW-5600 & Baby-G BGD-501 Crazy Pattern

Japanese retailer Beams is releasing matching G-Shock DW-5600 and Baby-G BGD-501 watches for 2021. These limited edition “Crazy Pattern” models have a translucent bezel and a white resin inner case. The crazy part is that the lower band is white and the upper band is translucent. The watches also have custom branded engraved case backs and EL backlights.
Reservations for the watches started on May 24 at Beams Boy stores and the Beams online store. The DW-5600 is already sold out, but there is a waitlist, and the DW-5600 will also be available at Beams Harajuku on June 11. The watches will also be sold at other Beams and Beams Boy stores on the June 21 launch date. The DW-5600 has a price of 17,600 yen, and the BGD-501 has a price of 15,400 yen.
