Casio releases pink ribbon-themed G-Shock DW-5600PK-1 and GMD-S5610PK-4 in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Casio is releasing the black G-Shock DW-5600PK-1 with pink accents and the full pink and smaller GMD-S5610PK-4, symbolizing pink ribbons in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, also known as “Pink October.” Both models have bezels and bands made of renewable bio-based resin. In Japan, Casio is donating 5% of the sales from these watches to J.POSH non-profit organization. Casio America is donating $20,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, regardless of sales amount, and the U.S. releases include a collaborative box in support of BCRF. In the U.S., the DW-5600PK-1 ($99) and GMDS5610PK-4 ($99) were apparently released in late September. The watches are currently available for pre-orders in Japan and are available to purchase at Casio Singapore.
