G-Shock G-STEEL GST-B400CD-1A3 has a green ion plated bezel

The G-Shock G-STEEL line gets its “Hulk.”
We’ve be seeing a decent amount of green G-Shock watches in 2021, and now we can add the GST-B400CD-1A3 to the list. This is the first G-STEEL model with a green ion plated stainless steel bezel, and it is one of the few green-accented G-STEEL watches. (See the GST-B300XB-1A3 and GST-B300B-1A for olive green accents.) The bezel is also reported to shine blue when directly exposed to bright light (example at news.mynavi.jp).
The GST-B400CD-1A3 has a refined appearance with its silver stainless steel body parts and band, and the green bezel brings to mind the “Hulk” version of the Rolex Submariner. The GST-B400’s status as the slimmest G-STEEL (at 12.9 millimeters) makes it a comfortable watch to wear in any environment, from the office to the outdoors. The watch is equipped with Tough Solar power and Bluetooth smartphone link for maintenance-free operation, automatic time adjustment, and easily accessible settings. Like all G-Shocks, it is fully shock-resistant and water-resistant to 200 meters.
The GST-B400CD-1A3JF is an October 2021 release in Japan with a tax-included price of 59,400 yen. The GSTB400CD1A3 ($430) is also planned for a U.S. release and is expected to be released worldwide.
