G-Shock G-STEEL GST-W330AC, GST-W330D & GST-S330AC, GST-S330D: Mid-size Case with Stainless Steel Knurled Bezel

Update: In addition to the GST-W330AC and GST-W330D models with Tough Solar and Multi-Band 6 for Japan (pictured above, see original post below) with Tough Solar and Multi-Band 6, G-Shock is also releasing four Tough Solar versions for Asia in September 2018: the GST-S330AC-1A, GST-S330AC-2A, GST-S330AC-3A, and GST-S330D-1A. These are mid-size watches that are smaller than 100-series G-STEEL models and have knurled stainless steel bezels and the Neon Illuminator blacklight LED. The GST-S330 series has the same design and features as the GST-W330 with the exception of the Multi-Band 6 radio wave time-sync feature.

G-Shock Japan is releasing four new mid-size G-STEEL models in September 2018 including the GST-W330AC series with hybrid Cordura/Tough Leather bands and the GST-W330D-1AJF with a stainless steel band. A unique feature of these military-inspired watches is the knurl-style textured stainless steel bezel. Similar knurled bezels were first introduced on the large-size G-STEEL GST-W130BC and GST-S130BC watches but those bezels were made of resin. These 300-series G-STEEL models have a smaller case (55.9 x 49.3 x 15.3 mm) compared to the larger 100-series models.
The GST-W330AC-1AJF (black band), GST-W330AC-2AJF (blue band), GST-W330AC-3AJF (green band) have hybrid bands that consist of a Cordura fabric outer layer and a synthetic leather inner layer.
Like the W130 and S130 G-STEEL models, the GST-W330 series features a full auto dual LED light system with the Neon Illuminator blacklight LED for the hands and dial and the Super Illuminator LED for the LCD displays. The GST-W330 series is powered by the Tough Solar charging system and Multi-Band 6 automatic radio wave time adjustment for maintenance-free operation.
Other features include shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, needle retraction (to move the hands away from the LCD display), world time (31 time zones, 48 cities + UTC), 1/100 second stopwatch (60 minutes total with split), countdown timer (100 minutes), 5 alarms, battery level indicator, and power saving function.
The hybrid band GST-W330AC-1AJF, GST-W330AC-2AJF, GST-W330AC-3AJF have a list price of ¥43,000 JPY each plus tax and the full stainless steel GST-W330D-1AJF has a list price of ¥45,000 JPY plus tax. Casio Europe also has the GST-W330AC-2AER listed as a new model.
