Wall clock should be sold retail and not used as a carrot.
G Shock is screwing over fans that want one but don’t want to spend 1K plus and hoping to get one.
I’m signed up to receive G-Shock marketing messages via text and I just got the one for today (Wednesday 30 November 2022). Did you see it yet? I’m *shocked* that they would use the phrasing they did (pun intended). I would post it, but I don’t want to until G-Central deems it acceptable as it is on the spicy side.
No, I don’t receive the text messages and I don’t think there was an email version.
Would you like me to post it here or would you prefer I email you the screenshots prior to posting it here?
Whatever you’d like to do. The comments are moderated and must be approved before publishing, so you can do it here if you’d like.
Cool. The verbatim text from G-Shock reads:
“G-SHOCK: The Ladies will get moist with this gift with purchase: https://gshock.attn.tv/l/x88/AlyeK”
As a reminder, this is in the context of the Portable Aroma Diffuser/Humidifier gift.
I also sent the screenshots as well via email. Enjoy!
Thanks again for all of the great work G-Central does.
Haha, I’m not sure I would have approved that, but I don’t mind that double entendre.
I don’t mind it either! Just seems like an out-of-character move from Casio and an odd turn from the way they usually go about their marketing.
