The Amazon Prime Big Deal Days event is now live and running from October 8 to 9. Items with a “Prime Big Deal” discount are available to customers with an Amazon Prime subscription. (A Prime membership is now available for $14.99 per month or $139 per year.) Amazon is offering Prime Big Deal discounts of 40% or more on two G-Shock MOVE (a.k.a. G-SQUAD) fitness watches: the DW-H5600-1 and the GBD-H2000-1A9. We have seen these models discounted by Amazon.com before, but never at prices this low.
Both of these watches feature an optical heart rate monitor, step counter, wired USB and solar-assisted charging, Bluetooth smartphone link, vibration alerts, and phone notifications. The more advanced GBD-H2000-1A9 also has built-in GPS, the Triple Sensor (pressure with altimeter and barometer, compass, and thermometer), and a gyroscope with support for more activities, but it is larger with a width of 52.6 millimeters versus 44.5 for the DW-H5600-1 and is also 2 millimeters thicker. Amazon is offering Big Prime Deal discounts on other G-Shock and Casio watches, but these two are the best deals in our opinion.
