Sam Lo x G-Shock “We Are Singapore” for National Day 2019

G-Shock is celebrating Singapore’s 54th year of independence by releasing a limited edition GX-56BB watch in collaboration with visual artist Sam Lo (a.k.a. SKL0 and Sticker Lady). The custom band has a colorful multi-pattern print inspired by the past and present of Singapore’s melting pot of culture, along with other motifs honoring National Day. The watch is presented in an equally vivid box.

Singaporeans certainly know their G-Shocks, and the GX-56 “King” is a popular model for their regional collaborations. Fashionable for its large size and perceived as one of the toughest G-Shocks ever, it’s always nice to see the cult favorite get a special release.

The exclusive “We are Singapore” National Day Collaboration GX-56BB-DRSG54 watch goes on sale on 27 July 2019 with a retail price of S$299. The watch will be available at all official G-Shock boutiques (except IMM outlet) in Singapore and online at g-shock.sg. CNA reported that this watch is limited to 300 units.
