West Coast-inspired fashion brand and retailer Standard California is releasing another G-Shock collaboration to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The watch has a black DW-5750 base with a simple brown and yellow face featuring the brand’s rustic-style logo, which also appears on the EL backlight and commemorative case back. The watch will be released in December in Japan with a price of 22,000 yen. Standard California ships internationally via WorldShopping at shop.standardcalifornia.com, but it’s not confirmed if the watch will be available for international orders.
Inspired by Southern California style and culture, Standard California is a Japanese company that was founded in the Ebisu area of Tokyo.
The DW-5700 series was originally launched in 1987 and was the first G-Shock with a round bezel shape.
