The Shiba Inu G-Shock watches are scheduled for a U.S. release

The United States usually doesn’t get every G-Shock release that Japan and Asia does, but the recent Shibu Inu Series is scheduled to be released there, according to a recent price list update.

The DW5600SHB-1 ($130), DW6900SHB-7 ($130), and GA100SHB-5A ($140) are expected to be released sometime in November 2024 in the U.S. (The Singapore release appears to be delayed, and we’re not sure if the U.S. release will also be affected.) These limited edition watches are part of the latest Japanese Culture Series that G-Shock frequently releases in Japan and Asia, and each model is confirmed to be made in Japan. In addition to the unique black, white, and brown colorways based on variations of the breed, the watches also feature graphics of the Shiba Inu on the faces (or as the subdial hand on the GA100SHB-5A) and band keepers, and an engraving of a dog on the stainless steel case backs. The DW5600SHB-1 and DW6900SHB-7 also display a Shia Inu head in red when the LED light is activated.

Although they are on a dealer price list, it’s possible that these models may be available only at casio.com/us and the G-Shock Soho Store, so we suggest following them for updates. It is also worth noting that the Shibu Inu series sold out online, and the U.S. allocation is probably smaller.
